Désiré Nana is originally from Burkina Faso, West Africa. He moved to the United States and graduated from Victory Bible College before earning his bachelor’s degree and MBA in Business from Oral Roberts University. He currently serves as General Manager of Empower Business Services at Gatesway Foundation.

As a co-founder and President of Fortify Global, Désiré draws on his own experience as an international student to guide the organization’s mission. He knows firsthand the challenges of building a life in a new country — and he’s committed to bridging that gap so students can belong, be cared for, and be equipped to thrive both academically and personally.

Désiré lives in Tulsa with his wife, Lyndy.
